Xiid Expands Security to EV Charging & Healthcare

LAS VEGAS – Xiid Corp., a pioneer in pre-emptive cyber defense, has announced a series of strategic partnerships with eVerged LLC, Consent Vault Inc., and Neutron Engineering. These collaborations are set to redefine cybersecurity for the global electric vehicle (EV) market, healthcare AI, and multi-cloud enterprises by deploying Xiid’s Terniion zero-trust application control platform across high-risk, regulated environments.

Securing the Mission-Critical EV Infrastructure

As the global EV market trends toward a $6.5 billion valuation by 2030, the infrastructure supporting it—including charging stations and power grids—has become a prime target for cyber threats.

The joint solution between eVerged and Xiid secures the charging ecosystem from vehicle to cloud. By embedding Xiid’s SealedTunnel technology, the partnership protects billing systems, charging stations, and data transport from intrusion or operational disruption.

EV charging is a critical link in the clean energy future, but the scale of its impact makes it a vulnerable target,” stated Steve Visconti, CEO of Xiid. Together with eVerged, we’re making charging systems undiscoverable, eliminating lateral movement risks, and ensuring billing integrity.

Impact for eVerged Customers:

  • Station Operators: Reduced liability and downtime across public and private installations.
  • Drivers: Protection of sensitive personal data and uninterrupted charging services.
  • Municipalities & Fleets: A scalable model to meet rigorous security and compliance mandates.
  • Utilities: Guaranteed integrity of data transport across distributed networks.

James Dion, President of eVerged, added, “Xiid ensures our customers can charge with confidence. Our goal is to be the most secure platform in the world, and Xiid is critical to making that a reality.”

Isolating Sensitive Healthcare Data and AI Pipelines

Healthcare reported more cyberthreats in 2024 than any other sector. To combat this, Xiid is partnering with Consent Vault to protect patient data and AI ingestion pipelines.

The Terniion platform keeps data lakes and document stores non-addressable from the internet. Patient data and AI workloads move only through outbound, process-to-process, triple-encrypted tunnels. This allows clinicians and researchers to analyze highly sensitive data without changing their existing workflows.

Terniion gives us the confidence to let our AI do the hard work on highly sensitive clinical, diagnostic, and treatment data without ever compromising patient privacy,” said Patricia Goede, Chief Data Strategy Officer at Consent Vault. She noted that this isolated posture is exactly what pharmaceutical sponsors and oncology practices expect when entrusting the platform with real-world evidence and clinical trial operations.

Accelerating Secure Multi-Cloud Foundations

In the enterprise space, Neutron Engineering is integrating the Terniion platform into a new Multi-Cloud Landing Zone architecture. This blueprint simplifies connectivity across cloud service providers while keeping management planes out of reach for attackers.

By standardizing Terniion as the secure access layer, Neutron replaces complex VPN meshes and firewall rules with ephemeral, process-to-process connectivity.

Enterprises want a landing zone that just works: secure by default, auditable, and flexible,” said Brandon Lockett, Founder and CEO of Neutron Engineering. “Terniion lets us keep workloads unreachable from untrusted networks while still enabling developers and automation to connect exactly when they are supposed to.

The collaboration will initially focus on a hardened offering for highly regulated customers, with plans to extend into CI/CD and infrastructure automation using Aclave for credential-less authentication.
