Zero 60 Launches 26 EV Charging Stations in 72 Hours

MENASHA, WIS. — Zero 60ā„¢ has announced a rapid expansion of its fast-charging footprint, deploying 26 new charging ports across three new locations in central and northern California in just 72 hours.

With this latest push, Zero 60 now operates a total of 127 charging ports across 23 locations in five states, with active plans to add another 50 stations nationwide.

A Growing Five-State Footprint

The network’s current infrastructure deployment is distributed across the following regions:

  • California: 10 locations totaling 73 ports
  • New York: 8 locations totaling 32 ports
  • Colorado: 3 locations totaling 10 ports
  • Washington: 1 location totaling 8 ports
  • Wisconsin: 1 location totaling 4 ports

The network targets high-traffic destinations, such as quick-service restaurants, retail centers, and critical travel corridors, focusing on driver convenience and uptime.

Powered by End-to-End eMobility Infrastructure

Zero 60’s rapid buildout relies on the end-to-end eMobility capabilities of Faith Technologies Incorporatedā„¢ (FTI). FTI manages the entire deployment pipeline, including site development, construction, commissioning, and ongoing operational support. This integrated approach allows the network to bypass traditional deployment bottlenecks and scale hardware quickly.

ā€œThis momentum reflects our ability to move fast and deliver what drivers and site partners need right now,ā€ said Wade Leipold, Executive Vice President of Faith Technologies Incorporated. ā€œBy combining strong site partnerships with FTI’s end‑to‑end eMobility expertise, Zero 60 is scaling quickly while staying focused on reliability, convenience and the driver experience.ā€

Designed for Scalable Integration

Beyond pure deployment speed, Zero 60’s network architecture is designed to support renewable energy integration while maintaining strict standards for accessibility and platform reliability.

ā€œAdding this level of capacity in such a short time shows what’s possible when strategy, partnerships and execution align,ā€ added Joe Vancik, eMobility Program Manager. ā€œZero 60 is built to scale and this growth is just the beginning.ā€
