The second edition of the Africa EV Mobility Expo Morocco (EVS Morocco 2026) will take place in Casablanca from October 27–29, 2026, bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, fleet operators, investors and public-sector stakeholders across the electric mobility value chain.
The event will be held at the Foire Internationale de Casablanca, AMDIE, under the aegis of Morocco’s Ministry of Transport and Logistics. Organizers expect more than 200 exhibitors, more than 500 products, 15,000 visitors from over 15 countries and 1,000 B2B matchmaking meetings.
Event covers full EV value chain
EVS Morocco 2026 will cover electric two- and three-wheelers, new-energy vehicles, batteries, charging systems, solar and advanced materials. The program is organized around six areas: electric vehicles, energy and infrastructure, automotive aftermarket, parts and components, pavilions and associations, and innovation and support.
Exhibitors will include vehicle manufacturers, battery and component suppliers, charging-network operators, energy companies, fleet operators, dealers, importers, financiers and public decision-makers. The event is intended to connect international manufacturers with buyers and partners across Morocco and wider African markets.
Chinese manufacturers to attend
The China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME) will bring a national delegation of Chinese manufacturers to Casablanca. The delegation will cover electric two- and three-wheelers, e-motorcycles, new-energy vehicles, batteries, solar and advanced materials.
Electric two-wheeler manufacturers YADEA, AIMA and TAILG are among the confirmed exhibitors. Other listed exhibitors include SAIGE, DECE, Yinxiang Motorcycle, Liyang Battery, Era Solar, Bid New Energy, Juneng Motorcycle, Zhongxing Motorcycle, Summit Motor, Luqi, Willing New Materials and Anhui Vehicle Import & Export.
Morocco’s electric mobility position
Organizers position Morocco as a growing hub for electric mobility because of its automotive manufacturing base, location between Europe and Africa, developing battery and EV supply chain, and investment in solar and wind energy.
Morocco’s national vehicle production capacity is reported to be about 1 million units per year, with an automotive local-integration rate of about 69%, according to government statements. The country has also targeted annual electric-vehicle production capacity of 107,000 units.
These figures reflect national production capacity and policy targets rather than confirmed sales or deployment outcomes at the expo.
Business program and matchmaking
The event will combine an exhibition with keynotes, panel discussions, roundtables, workshops, product launches and live demonstrations. Organizers are targeting 1,000 pre-arranged B2B meetings between exhibitors and qualified distributors, dealers, fleet operators, importers, investors and procurement teams.
The event will also host partnership and distribution signings, with organizers positioning Casablanca as a platform for distribution agreements, dealership appointments, joint ventures, local assembly and technology partnerships.
Visitor registration and prize draw
Visitor registration is free. Every registered visitor who attends will be entered into a daily prize draw for a GoSwap electric scooter, with one scooter to be awarded on each day of the event.
The 2026 edition follows the first EVS Morocco event, which organizers say brought together 120 exhibitors and more than 500 products.
