MUNICH — Tellus Power and Nayax have announced a partnership to build a commercial EV charging platform that integrates charging hardware, payment processing, and network management into a single system. The companies disclosed the agreement on June 23, 2026, to coincide with Power2Drive Europe in Munich, where both are demonstrating the combined offering.
The goal is to simplify integration for charge point operators, who often need to coordinate separate suppliers for chargers, payment terminals, and network software on each project.
What the Commercial EV Charging Platform Combines
According to the companies, the solution is expected to pair Tellus Power’s AC Level 2 charger with Nayax’s payment and management capabilities, creating a turnkey package for deployment, operations, and monetization. Operators would access charging, payments, and management as one offering, while retaining the option to connect existing vendors through open industry standards.
Mike Calise, CEO of Tellus Power, said operators want technology that works without unnecessary complexity, with real-time telemetry and seamless transactions, rather than having to assemble hardware, payments, and software from multiple vendors. Jason Zarillo, President of Nayax Energy, said the company aims to make payments and management the simplest part of any deployment for every operator and hardware partner.
European Regulatory Context
The companies link the partnership to demand in Europe, where the EU’s Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation (AFIR) is setting more accessible, user-friendly charging as the standard. They say a bundled platform combining AC charging, payments, and management could help small and medium-sized businesses meet those requirements while improving the driver experience.
The announcement does not specify general availability, pricing, or detailed charger specifications beyond the AC Level 2 designation.
Where to See It
Tellus Power is showcasing the charger with Nayax’s integrated capabilities at Power2Drive Europe 2026, running June 23–25 in Munich, in Hall C6, Booth 155. Nayax is displaying the same charger in Hall B6, Booth 355.
As commercial charging demand grows, the partnership reflects rising operator interest in solutions that can be deployed and scaled with fewer vendors.
